Services & Options

Although our main focus lies in education, we offer services in the fields we teach. We focus on education because we believe with Paulo Freire that people ought to be empowered to tackle all the things they encounter in life themselves. Education, sophisticated ways to self-reflect and an awareness of the complex dynamics intrinsic to living systems are the building blocks for strong self-help mechanisms.

We strongly argue, that human beings are complete and not in deficit. We argue not that the person is wrong, because he or she has a problem. Rather we argue that the person developed a habit (that made perfect sense at first!) that is always apt to change. Life is never fixed, life means change.

Moreover, a problem is what somebody defines as such. A “problem” makes us aware of unsatisfied needs and already shows the way to possible solutions. People don’t need to be “fixed”, rather every person has the resources in him- or herself to come to the best solution. We only assist, facilitate, help to change perspectives or confuse old problem-systems to aid people to find those unique inner knowledge systems that include all the wisdom people need to live happy and peacefully.

We focus on the future, on options and choices instead of digging in the past, talking the “problem-talk” and enforcing the patterns that hold back and blind.

The services we offer rest on our expertise in the fields of (online) education, social work (holistic, systemic approaches), philosophy (ontology, identity, ethics & justice), law, cultural anthropology, coaching, conflict management and mediation.

We also work internationally and in diverse cultural settings.
