Training & Workshops

Our training is needs based, which means that we offer a learning experience that works for YOU. The learning experience should be yours from the very beginning!

Learning that is motivating, empowers, and creates appropriate, sustainable life-worlds only occurs when people find meaning in it. Meaningful learning happens when it fits your identity, who you are, and when it is suitable to your cultural preferences.

We also would like to acknowledge the context you are presently living in and what environment you are learning for (community, private, management, etc).

That is why we offer needs assessments before we begin our training and/or workshops. We want to find out what exactly you would like to get from the learning experience and how you learn best. We would like to understand how we can be of best service for you in your context in order to create a unique package (instead of using one model for all) that will be suitable and rewarding for you.

We believe the topics we have to offer are relevant for everybody: To learn about yourself (without using reductionistic personality tests!), to learn how to communicate authentically, congruent and true, and to deal appropriately with conflict is crucial to create healthy work places, to manage a company, as well as to deal with your partner and your children. Living an ethical, virtuous life based on your value system gives you a sense of freedom and fulfilment (eudaimonia, as Aristotle would say…).

All our courses are experimental, highly interactive and work on a team-based and mentoring model (“learning community”). We believe in learning that is fun, active and creative.

Education is a human right and should therefore be accessible for everybody. Through Avantlearning we are able to offer innovative learning tools for people in "far to reach places". By means of online learning components we are able to bring you education in your community/work place where you will be able to draw from your support system and where you can test and practice your newly gained knowledge and skill sets immediately.
